Your involvement is crucial in our ongoing efforts to enhance our pilot career guidance tools. The insights provided by the IA (Indicative Assessment) feedback report have been instrumental in assisting tens of thousands of trainee pilots each year. We recognise the value of keeping trainee pilots informed about different pilot career paths and the latest opportunities available to them.
To ensure that our assessments remain at the cutting edge of pilot training, we have partnered with a specialist psychometrics company, Rob Williams Assessment (www.robwilliamsassessment.com). Together, we are updating the Indicative Pilot Assessments to provide even more accurate and valuable insights.

In the next phase of our research project, we have reviewed the key competencies required for a successful airline pilot career. Building upon this foundation, we have developed two new components: a Technical Maths assessment and an Airline Pilot Competency Profiler.
Now, we need your assistance in trialling this new airline pilot competency profiler. Your valuable feedback and input will help us refine and improve this assessment, ensuring its effectiveness in evaluating pilot competencies.
