Prepare for your upcoming interview or assessment with APC’s Preparation Zone
APC has worked with AON and Symbiotics to create two state-of-the-art options to prepare for pilot assessments, located in APC’s Preparation Zone. This new feature of the APC Website has been specifically created with assessments and interviews in mind. In the APC Prep Zone, you will find information and practice assessments that will help you progress through your career as an airline pilot, no matter what your rank.
Once you have successfully registered and completed your APC Profile you will be able to access the Preparation Zone. Once you’re in, you will find 3 options available to you:
- AON Indicative Assessment
- E-Learning Courses
- Symbiotics Pilot Readiness Assessment
Here is where the good stuff really is. In your own time, you can complete both the AON Indicative Assessment and Symbiotics Pilot Readiness Assessment. You will receive a really comprehensive report as soon as you are finished each assessment. These reports will tell you your strengths and areas that need some improvement.
Once you receive your report, move over to the Pathway to Pilot Competence course. You can work on the areas that your reports indicated that you might need a bit of help here in the APC Learning Management System.
We give you great insight into Human Factors and Limitations, CRM, TEM and all nine of the ICAO/EASA Pilot Competencies.
All pilot interviews, for any pilot job (Cadet or Captain), are now based on these Competencies, so you will need to know all about them if you are to be successful.
The APC Prep Zone is the best possible preparation for an ATO or Airline interview, no matter what rank you are, or what stage you are at in your career. This is an amazing facility, freely available to APC registered members who have completed their profile.
