GFTS will integrate APC’s Personalised Evidence-Based Training (PEBT) software – powered by Amelia - into its flight training curricula to provide continuous insights to instructors and trainees on observable behaviours and tailor individualised training paths. APC’s PEBT module streamlines the “observe - record - classify - assess (ORCA)” workflow, aligned to industry-recognised competency-based training and assessment (CBTA) frameworks. Amelia AI analysis helps instructors capture richer training data and deliver clearer, more consistent feedback without adding administrative burden.
